Why do women love fashion so much?

It's just like asking a "Why do you love soccer so much?" question to your male friends, boyfriend, father, etc. 

I know not all men in the world love soccer but most of them like it, right? So do women.

Women tend to love fashion. Women love to dressing up. 

Why?

So many reasons to explain, but for me, there are two mainly reason. 

First, women mostly want to look appealing and attractive for herself

Why for herself? 

I highly agree with Betsey Johnson who said :

"Girls do not dress for boys. They dress for themselves, and of course,each other. If girls dressed for boys, they'd just walk around naked at all times"

For me, if you're dressing up and having a perfectly polished-looking because of your outfits, make up, shoes,etc it sure as hell can increase your confidence.

Second, it gives women a chance to express their personalities

You can guess one's personality by just looking at the outfits they are wearing. You might say a random women you met in the street is a tomboy kind of person because she is wearing t-shirt, denim and sneakers and think that the certain women you met in the mall is a fashion conscious kind of person because she is well polished with her up-to-date outfits and sophisticated look.

Even if you're into fashion so much, just remember one thing :

Don't make fashion own you! You who decide what's good and bad in you not the magazine, fashion TV, etc

You're the Editor-in-Chief of your own style! :D

Just like the late great Gianni Versace said, "Don’t be into trends. Don’t make fashion own you, but you decide what you are, what you want to express by the way you dress and the way you live."

If you dislike Louboutin's Spring-Summer 2013 but you watched Fashion TV and so many celebs and fashionista wear it then don't you dare buy it!

Why wasting money for something you dislike but you demand yourself to like it just because many celebs wear it?

So, be happy with your own style and just BE YOURSELF!
